La Entrada is a luxury apartment complex, located in a unique area.
It is built close to the sea front and very close to the protected salt lakes.
This gives the location of La Entrada an excellent and very healthy climate.
It is also near to, but apart from, Torrevieja city and three international
golf courses. This elegant resort is where traditional Mediterranean

its wide avenues leading towards the sea, with a small beach and splendid
sea front promenade and bar/restaurant, the 9 hole pitch & putt course as
well as the beautiful swimming pools and gardens, and numerous glorious
sandy beaches in easy reach. It is one of the most desirable developments
on the Costa Blanca.
The Punta Prima Beach Resort is not only beautiful, it is also safe and secure.
The enclosed complex enjoys around the clock security service with CCTV
cameras. The apartment has its own separate alarm system and security
video intercom as well as secure underground parking.
The apartment is fully air conditioned. It has a fully furnished kitchen including
all white goods. The floors are made of marble with under-floor heating in the
two bathrooms. The windows are double glazed, and one of the two bedrooms
leads out onto a balcony as does the living room.   Cable TV gives access
to over 60 channels.
The apartment is approximately 400 metres from the sea, and the same
distance from a busy cosmopolitan shopping area.  Buses are available from
just outside the complex, for travelling further afield.
From the UK, low cost air travel is available to Murcia airport (20 minutes by car)
or Alicante airport (40 minutes by car) to the apartment.
